Early KYC Initialisation

We recommend and suggest it is in the your best interest to complete the KYC process early. This will prevent any delays in future transactions as you near closer to the € 700 threshold. In the event you want to initiate KYC before your limit is reached, you can go to the Settings screen by selecting the 'gear' icon.

From there when you are in the settings screen, select 'Identity' to begin.

When in the Identity screen, you can view your current level of KYC and the current status of your transaction totals leading you to the € 700 trigger rate. Select the blue button 'Begin Verification' to initiate, from there you will be taken through the process which follows with our KYC verification partner.
