Signing up to the MYKOBO app

Signing Up

Let's begin with signing up in our app. Please first download the MYKOBO app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.





Once you have downloaded the app and installed it, to start with us, you need to open an account. By pushing the "Sign Up" text, you will be lead to begin the sign up process.




Sign Up information Required
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email Address
  4. A Strong Password
The First Name and Last Name should match the First Name and Last Name on your identity documents. This is very important especially when beginning the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.



  1. Password should contain at least one upper case character
  2. Password must contain at least a number
  3. Password must contain a special character
  4. Password must be longer than 8 characters and shorter then 20 characters



You will have the opportunity to make sure that you have entered your First Name and Last Name as they appear on your identity documents.

With that, you are signed up and can begin using our app.
